Dates: May 18-June 2

Cost: $3200. This price will include everything except passport, immunizations, and spending money.

 What are we going to do? Visit orphanages, street evangelism, work at feeding stations, and visit youth at some of the churches. A small group will backpack into some villages to share the gospel. We will be broken into three teams and we will stay at the Wagon Wheel Hotel. The last day of the trip will be an African safari in the city of Nairobi. 

What is the plan? We will fly out of Little Rock on May 18 and arrive in Nairobi, Kenya on May 19. From there we will ride in vans to the city of Eldoret, which will be our home for two weeks.

What ministry are we working with? Pastors Ben and Mary Bahati of Global Field Evangelism. They oversee fifty churches throughout Kenya as well as orphanages.

Is Kenya dangerous? Good question. It was dangerous for a brief period of time but now it’s not. Kenya is usually a very peaceful and safe place to go but there were some very bad situations about a year and a half ago. It is now back to a peaceful country.

Will I need immunization shots? Probably, we are working on this. This will not be included in the $3200.

Do I need a passport? Yes, they are around $150. They will not let you into Africa without it.
